Overview
These Terms govern the use of services provided by Some Digital Guys ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our goal is to make software development simple, predictable, and transparent.
Services
We provide software development services on a subscription or per-feature basis, including but not limited to:
- Websites
- Web applications
- Mobile applications
- Automation and AI solutions
All work is developed and delivered feature-by-feature, as defined within the project scope.
Subscription & Payments
Services may be billed monthly, yearly, or according to a custom agreement defined with the client.
- The client may pause or cancel the subscription at any time.
- Unused development time may be used in future work, unless otherwise agreed.
- Project planning is based on features, with each feature typically delivered in ~48 hours.
Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided after development has started.
- The client may cancel at any time.
- All completed work is considered delivered.
- We commit to revising and improving features until approval.
Scope & Deliverables
- Project scope is defined during the discovery phase.
- Features are delivered individually.
- All features include unlimited revisions.
- Requests outside the defined scope may incur additional costs.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information and requirements
- Respond in a timely manner
- Supply all necessary assets (content, branding, etc.)
Third-Party Services & Infrastructure
We are not responsible for:
- Hosting, servers, or infrastructure not provided directly by Some Digital Guys
- Third-party APIs, licenses, or external services
- Downtime, failures, or issues caused by external providers
If hosting or infrastructure services are acquired directly from Some Digital Guys:
- We assume responsibility for setup, maintenance, and management as defined in the agreement.
- Performance and uptime depend on the selected infrastructure and providers.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered work is transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to reuse non-sensitive components or frameworks internally.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are not made
- The client breaches these Terms
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
