Overview
These Terms govern the use of services provided by Some Digital Guys ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our goal is to make software development simple, predictable, and transparent.
Services
We provide software development and cloud services, including but not limited to:
- Websites
- Web applications
- Mobile applications
- Vibe-coded app audits
- Code reviews, fixes, and rebuilds
- Cloud services through Some Digital Guys Cloud (domains, hosting, business email, servers, and infrastructure setup and management)
Development work is delivered step by step, as defined within the project scope.
Payments
Pricing is based on the estimated time needed to complete the project, at €1,000 per month (€250 per week). The client pays monthly during development. For example, a project estimated at 2 weeks costs €500, a 6-month project costs €6,000, and a project of 3 months and 3 weeks costs €3,750.
Vibe-coded app audits are €50 each.
The first payment is made before the project starts, and development begins once it is confirmed.
- If the project takes longer than expected because of our side, the client does not pay extra for that additional time.
- Cloud services, domains, hosting, business email, servers, third-party tools, APIs, and software licenses are not included in the development price unless agreed in the proposal.
Unless agreed otherwise, the following are not included:
- Hosting and infrastructure
- Domains
- Business email
- Servers
- Third-party APIs or software licenses
- Paid tools
- Copywriting, photography, and video production
- Branding and marketing services
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- The client may request cancellation and a full refund during the first month of development. In that case, the amount paid for the project is refunded.
- After the first month, if the client cancels before completion, the client is charged proportionally for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- All features include unlimited revisions, and we commit to improving each feature until approval.
Scope & Deliverables
- Project scope is defined during the discovery phase.
- Features are delivered individually.
- All features include unlimited revisions.
- Requests outside the defined scope may incur additional costs.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information and requirements
- Respond in a timely manner
- Supply all necessary assets (content, branding, etc.)
Third-Party Services & Infrastructure
We are not responsible for:
- Hosting, servers, or infrastructure not provided directly by Some Digital Guys
- Third-party APIs, licenses, or external services
- Downtime, failures, or issues caused by external providers
If hosting or infrastructure services are acquired directly from Some Digital Guys:
- We assume responsibility for setup, maintenance, and management as defined in the agreement.
- Performance and uptime depend on the selected infrastructure and providers.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered work is transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to reuse non-sensitive components or frameworks internally.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, or business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are not made
- The client breaches these Terms
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
